| Thread for the discussion of British politics!
So as we've all heard, tuition fees have TRIPLED in England this year, with students rioting and going wild over the rise. However, Scotland, as ever, remain with free university education and the Welsh Assembly Government is paying for the rise in Wales, freezing fees at £3920 a year. Doable, of course, due to the far lower population we have down here - 3 million as opposed to England's approximate 51 million.
What're your opinions on the new funding cuts - and how will this effect you? | |
